We’re looking for an administrator to support us in our day to day operations
We are looking for volunteers to assist us with our Administration tasks. You’ll be our first point of contact for enquiries via phone and email. You will be following up enquiries, enrolling new students, managing the diary and much more. We have a lot going on at the minute, so aside from our general enquiries, there are specific projects you can get involved with, such as with our work with volunteers and schools.
You should have good organisational skills, attention to detail and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Working as part of a small team you’ll need to be flexible and able to multitask.
We are looking for a volunteer who has experience in: Microsoft Office Administration The volunteer should also have/be: Accuracy and attention to detail
Can ask key questions to enable us to clarify requirements Understands the resource constraints of a small organisation and is able to work with these Open to feedback
