Asset Management Volunteer

Would you like to undertake a full physical audit of all IT and office equipment across the organisation including all offices (and staff using equipment remotely) using an asset management software tool and/or SAGE to record all (fixed) assets.

Tasks you will be responsible for: Undertaking a full IT and fixed asset audit and using an asset management tool/SAGE to collate the information Visiting each office to undertake the audit adhering to current Covid safety practices that are in place in each office Contacting remote workers to carry out the audit Working with internal teams to gain access to offices and equipment Working with Tech Dev Officer and IT Trainer for support

Location: All offices – Shipley, Skipton, Harrogate as required. Starting in Shipley.


Essential Qualities required:

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software and equipment • Maintains confidentiality over personal information relating to individuals. • Works within all the policies and practices of Carers’ Resource, follows health and safety procedures.

Desirable Qualities:

• Previous experience using asset management software

• Demonstrates effective team-working skills • Interacts well with all parts of the organisation • Displays self-confidence and initiative
