Numberfit is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative / Account Manager to proactively seek out and convert customer prospects. Numberfit is a social enterprise that works to make Maths learning fun and engaging for children across all age groups.
With the launch of our new website and product offering we’re looking to rapidly grow our customer base.
Your responsibilities will be: Create and work to a solid sales strategy to sell into Schools, Multi Trust Academies and Local Authorities. Maintain all lead and customer activity correctly in our CRM. Create, develop and maintain good business and customer relationships. Cold call leads to access to the decision maker and sell / present our offering. Nurture and cross sell to existing customers. Hit agreed upon targets on time. Supply all customer feedback to management. Keep up to date with the latest industry trends.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing, and working alongside a small team.
Someone who resonates with our customers and truly understands their problems and how our product solves them.
The volunteer should also have/be:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative with a track record (ideally in education) Familiar with CRM best practices (ideally HubSpot) Motivated and target driven Ability to build productive business professional relationships Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Accuracy and attention to detail Understands the resource constraints of a small organisation and is able to work with these Open to feedback
