Social Media and Digital Marketing

Help us engage our audiences by feeding into our social media strategy and content plan. Numberfit is a social enterprise that works to make Maths learning fun and engaging for children across all age groups. With the launch of our new website and product offering we’re looking to grow our social media presence, and with this our team. The successful candidate will play a core role in achieving this growth, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

Some of the tasks we are looking for Social Media and Digital Marketing volunteers to help us with are:

Help us develop and execute our social media campaigns Produce fresh and engaging content for our social media channels including, Blog Posts, Infographics, Videos and Memes. Create compelling PR campaigns Engage with our followers and encourage interaction Manage and maintain social media channels on a regular basis Find people and organisations relevant to our mission Contribute to our content calendar Develop a deep understanding of our Target Audience and what motivates them to take action.

You will be working with our team lead for Marketing and a small group of social media volunteers.

Skills

We hope you will be familiar with social media platforms and have experience using them in professional settings. You should also be able to contribute to content creation,have a good understanding of the platforms and the demographics they attract.

The volunteer should also have/be:

Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to quickly understand the needs of our team / organisation / users Can ask key questions to enable us to clarify requirements Understands the resource constraints of a small organisation and is able to work with these Open to feedback
