Emmaus Bradford is looking for volunteer van drivers to fulfill collections and deliveries of furniture and appliances across the Bradford area. This work supports our aim to create long-term housing for formerly homeless adults in the city. Main duties involve
Vehicle checks Crew supervision Unloading and loading the vans Completing paperwork (using an app) for collections and deliveries Processing and warehousing the collected items.
Skills
We’re looking for dedicated individuals with great people skills Full, clean driving licence and knowledge of the Bradford area Experience of driving a large van (a Luton) or willingness to learn Happy working in a team Customer focused Highly motivated, enthusiastic and a positive attitude
