Numberfit is a social enterprise that works to make Maths learning fun and engaging for children across all age groups. We are looking to grow our reach, and with this our team.

Some of the tasks we are looking for Website Design volunteers to help us with are: Produce designs for different viewports from mobile to desktop. Design headers/banners for website pages. Create low- to high-fidelity prototypes and develop storyboards to illustrate user interactions/journeys. Discuss designs with the Development team as necessary.
You will be working in the Design team, where visual assets such as the Numberfit logo will be provided to you. Occasionally you will also work with the lead developer, who oversees administration of the Numberfit website on Wordpress and the development of web applications across Numberfit products.
We are looking for a volunteer who has experience in:
UI/UX design Creating digital prototypes in tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch. Has the ability to quickly understand our needs Can ask key questions to enable us to clarify requirements
The volunteer should also have/be: Accuracy and attention to detail Understands the resource constraints of a small organisation and is able to work with these Open to feedback
Experience in designing learning environments / applications for education. Knowledge of learning theories and theories of motivation and an understanding of how to incorporate these theories into designs of products for different demographics. For Numberfit, the demographic is usually primary school children aged 4-11.
