Join us at Epilepsy Action’s very own annual Bradford 10k road race though the historic streets of Bradford to help us celebrate the Bradford City of Culture 2025, and Epilepsy Action’s 75th Anniversary!
Every year thousands of runners take on the challenge raising vast sums of money so that we can support more people living with epilepsy.
The 10k is known for being a fast and flat route, and many runners will try to beat their personal best times. For others, it may be their first attempt at the distance, and your support on the day can help them achieve that extra spring in their step to smash their goal.
We couldn’t put on this event without you, and you will be much appreciated by our runners. Here’s what one of last year’s participants had to say…
“Great event – probably the most well organised race I’ve taken part in. Great communication, loads of marshals, plenty of facilities and friendly atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back next year.”
There are lots of different ways to get involved on the day. If you’re an early riser you could help set up the event village in Centenary Square or join us before the start to take up a position on route as a marshal ensuring everyone stays safe. Alternatively, you could shout encouragement from a cheer point or help to hand out medals at the finish line. If you want to be part of the action, you could join the fast-paced water station on Canal Road and ensure everyone stays hydrated.
Whether you have taken part in previous years and want to give back, you have a connection to epilepsy yourself or you just want to support the local community this is your chance to get involved at a fantastically inspiring event in Bradford.
