Creative Support Assistant

We run a creative cafe space in BD1 (Bradford City Centre). Our Me&U Cafe provides a safe space for adults who are neuro diverse or have a learning disability to meet / socialise and try a range of creative activities / play board games

We provide arange of resources for participants to use and often theme activities around local / national events. This could be digital, practical or arts based. The cafe also provides a training opportunties for participants to develop barista skills,

We are looking for friendly and/or creative volunteers to support the sessions. Experience of working with adults with additional needs would be useful but not essential. If you enjoy playing board games or are a creative person this could be the role for you.

You can support or lead a session depending on your skills and experience

Skills

We are looking for friendly, supportive, creative people who are patient and have good communication skills. Sense of humour is a must!
