OnTrak was opened in 2012 by Adrian Woods MBE. We are a small, but passionate, group of people that want to make a difference to our young people and our community. Our objective is to act as a resource for young people and vulnerable adults regardless of social and economic circumstance, disability, religious belief, cultural background or sexual orientation by providing advice, assistance and programmes of physical, educational and any other necessary activities and support.
