Providing one-to-one support to those aged 18 plus face-to-face or by telephone call and encouraging them to attend local community groups/ activities or go out for walks. Commitment is 1 hour per week.
Excellent communication skills, verbally and non- verbally. Understanding, sensitive, compassionate, friendly. Non-judgmental, punctual, organised.
