Customer Service

Volunteers needed to help run our charity store based in Keighley. Volunteers will be given the opportunity to learn a wide range of retail skills including; sorting, pricing, stock rotation, customer services, operating the till and all other aspects of running a charity shop.  Full support will be given by our friendly team of staff and volunteers.

Skills

Good interpersonal skills and numeracy are essential for this role as it involves working as part of a team, working with vulnerable people and  serving customers.  Experience of  handling cash and operating a cash till would be useful but not essential as training will be provided.
