Our Lives Our Way (OLOW) are in partnership with Bradford People First, BTM, Equality Together & People First Keighley & Craven. We require volunteers to support various groups with people with mixed abilities & different backgrounds e.g. disability, mental health & sensory needs. You would help create day activities and projects with the groups that they will use, done their way. You will also help create new opportunities e.g. job club, drop-ins (social & themed), trips & travel, group work including computer work & creativity activities.
Skills
This role is about you gaining new skills as well as supporting groups & individuals. You just need a keen interest in supporting people to develop & get the best out of life.
