Join Us in Supporting Children with Life-Limiting Illnesses Through Art

The 2025 Postcard Art Auction is a nationwide initiative showcasing original postcard-sized artworks, generously created and donated by artists, celebrities, VIPs, and supporters. This online exhibition will launch in August 2025, with the auction going live in October 2025.

100% of the proceeds will go toward providing creative materials and granting wishes to children receiving care via NHS Children’s Hospitals and Trusts.

Volunteer Role Description:

We are looking for motivated and friendly individuals to help coordinate this special event. Responsibilities include:

Contacting Art Clubs and Societies (by phone and email)

Inviting members to participate in the auction

Liaising with our charity volunteers and artists

Organising the delivery of donated postcard artwork to our charity’s address

Logging and cataloguing all incoming donations

General administrative support
Working from home- full/part time
