Artist/Musician/Performer Volunteer

Bradford Dementia Hub raises awareness of dementia across Bradford through events and dementia awareness sessions. These can be at the city centre Hub or various venues across the district and are not always dementia specific events. The Artist/Musician will deliver a short musical performance to those living with dementia and/or their carers whilst providing them the opportunity to participate in the activity (either through singing/dancing).

As a volunteer you would be helping to support Bradford Dementia Hub in raising dementia awareness across the Bradford district and entertain our clients. You would be giving people experiencing memory loss/living with dementia the opportunity to be part of a creative activity which could be stimulating, fun and a powerful tool of reminiscence.
