BEES run a nature conservation volunteer group each Friday. We carry out seasonal conservation tasks, such as tree planting, the creation and management of various wildlife habitats including orchards and nature reserves, pond and meadow management, schools and community gardens, food growing, and some hard landscaping. You will need appropriate clothing, but we can provide waterproof clothing and boots. We can also arrange transport in our minibus at 10am from the Culture Fusion building on Thornton road and travelling back at 3.30pm. You can also make your own way to our sites. All equipment is provided and we can lend walking boots and waterproofs.
