Shaping Spaces All Ages is run by BEES (Bradford Environmental Education Service. It is a free, small weekly group for adults to enjoy the benefits of being outdoors, meeting people, nature walks and some light conservation tasks to enrich habitat management. The physical and mental health improvements of spending time in nature are well documented so activities may include nature art and mindfulness. We will visit various sites in Bradford District in our minibus. Some sessions involve nature walking. Approx 1pm to 3.30pm on Thursdays.

Skills
No skills are needed and any training and equipment will be provided.
We can lend your walking boots and waterproofs. Most activities are outdoors but we may visit museums etc. too.

Availability Details
Approx 1pm to 3.30pm on Thursdays. We can lend walking boots and waterproofs if needed. Meet at our offices to travel via our minibus. Before starting, we will meet to discuss suitability of the programme and assess needs as well as sign joining forms.
