Peacemaker International is strengthening structured delivery across our Strategic Pillars:
• Drop-in Centre
• Empowerment & Employment
• Health & Wellbeing
• Safety & Family Support
We are seeking a motivated, delivery-focused Community Project Lead to work closely with the CEO in translating strategy into measurable community impact — while building aligned funding streams that support sustainable growth.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants real responsibility, not supervision — and who is motivated to grow their leadership capability as the organisation scales.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
Pillar Delivery
• Own delivery across assigned Strategic Pillar(s)
• Translate priorities into structured action plans
• Embed safeguarding and measurable impact tracking
• Provide concise monthly updates to Trustees
• Escalate risks appropriately
Funding & Growth
• Identify grant opportunities aligned to our pillars
• Lead or coordinate funding submissions
• Maintain a live funding pipeline
• Build partnerships with local authorities and stakeholders
Volunteer Leadership
• Structure volunteers across delivery and research streams
• Align volunteer activity to defined outcomes
• Strengthen internal capability and delivery resilience
Why this role matters
You will work directly with the CEO and Trustees, contributing to strategic discussions while building programme-level leadership capability.
As funding is secured and programmes scale, the scope of this role can expand accordingly.
