Funtime Games Fundraiser

Working remotely your role as a fundraiser will be help NeuroHive CIC develop and grow its Funtime Games UK project. Fundraisers are vital in ensuring our project to grow, thrive and become sustainable. With your support, we can amplify our impact, fostering positive mental health outcomes and ensuring that all young people feel they belong, feel safe and are celebrated regardless of their differences. Our mission at Funtime Games is to provide a safe and secure place where young people can meet, make friends and explore their creativity through a passion that they love. We strive to create a positive fun environment for all to play and interact by making every young person feel valued by celebrating their differences. Role Description Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including individual giving, corporate partnerships, grant applications, and special fundraising events.

Donor Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing donors and identify and engage potential supporters. Ensure donor stewardship and provide timely updates.

Grant Applications: Research, identify, and apply for relevant grants from foundations, governmental agencies, and other sources. Prepare compelling grant proposals.

Corporate Partnerships: Identify and engage potential corporate partners to secure financial support and in-kind contributions. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements.

Fundraising Events: Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns, leveraging both online and offline channels.

Fundraising Materials: Develop persuasive fundraising materials, including written and visual content, to support fundraising efforts.

Budget Management: Develop and manage fundraising budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maximizing revenue generation.

Reporting and Evaluation: Track and report on fundraising efforts, evaluate outcomes, and use data to refine fundraising strategies.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other Funtime Games team members to align fundraising efforts with the project’s overall mission.

Research and identify potential contractopportunities for Funtime Games.

Skills

Experience Proven experience in fundraising and donor management.

Strong knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques, including grant writing and corporate partnership development.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong ability to work independently and in a team.

Knowledge of mental health issues and a strong commitment to Funtime Games project mission. Budget management and financial acumen.

Familiarity with fundraising software and platforms.
