Funtime Games Membership Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Membership Co-ordinator for our Funtime Games project. You will be responsible for all aspects of membership, from the first point of contact, answering any membership questions, maintaining records and ensuring member fees are paid. You should be a great communicator and able to build strong relationships between our members, project leads and volunteers. You will be an important member of our small and welcoming team, working closely with CEO to deliver a great experience and service to young people and their families. Working remotely you will be helping NeuroHive develop and grow its Funtime Games UK project to become a sustainable one. Our mission at Funtime Games is to provide a safe and secure place where young people can meet, make friends and explore their creativity through a passion that they love. We strive to create a positive fun environment for all to play and interact by making every young person feel valued by celebrating their differences.

Skills

Role Description Work closely with our CEO to engage new members. Process membership applications, renewals and cancellations. Maintain membership database and records, ensuring member fees are paid. Provide support, information and guidance to members and their families. Developing and implementing strategies to recruit new members. Work closely with our Social Media specialist to promote our project to new members on our various social channels, and to champion diversity and inclusion.

Experience Experience of supporting and communicating with a range of different people. The ability to build effective relationships and excellent communication skills. Strong administration and IT skills. Knowledge and experience of using communication apps/software such as Discord. Experience of using MSOffice & Google Drive. These are not exhaustive and may change as the business develops. A passion for mental health and helping young people to thrive is a plus.
