Silverlinks Day Services require a Support Volunteer to help with the elderly day group on Wednesdays. You would be helping make refreshments, assisting members with reading & writing and general interacting in group activities - e.g. Bingo, table activities, quizzes, day trips, beauty therapy & singing. General helping out at lunchtime from 12pm is also required in our diner and depending on hours worked, your meal will also be provided. You will also be helping with the room set up in the morning & help clear away after the group is finished. The time of arrival for this role would be 10.00am and finishing time would be 3pm. The group runs from 10.30am to 2.30pm. Bus fares will be reimbursed & lunch provided depending on hours worked.
