We hold several public events each year primarily to raise money to use to support children who would otherwise not be able to visit with their school. We require volunteers to help with car parking, registration, in the cafe or on the free juice bar, and to help out staff in the adventure playground, water play area, on our trails, and with activities like pond dipping or den building or arts & crafts. There will be plenty of rotation around the various activities. Team brief & training at 8.30am. All volunteers will be finished by 3.30pm. Food & drink is provided for the day (no travelling expenses)
Skills
To be welcoming to our visitors so that they have a wonderful day. To be physically able to be on your feet for 5 or 6 hours (excluding lunch break).
