Volunteer gardener/ maintenance/ habitat care/ pruner/ path clearer

Multiple jobs available at our bi-weekly (Wednesday and Saturday 9 to 12) work sessions maintaining the beautiful listed Prince of Wales Park in Bingley. Lots of path maintenance / weeding/ pruning/ habitat maintenance of heathland, woodland and the arena. Withy wall building. Training given. All welcome, children under 16 would need a responsible adult with them . We are a friendly and sociable team, bring a flask for our coffee break around 10.30am, look forward to meeting you!

Skills

None required, training will be given. The park is on the side of a hill , so a reasonable level of fitness is helpful. A good sense of humour will be a great asset, as is an ability to create solutions that cost little with only a few resources.
