Location: Bradford (Various events, community hubs, and conferences) Role: Energy Hub Volunteer Are you passionate about supporting your community and gaining professional qualifications? We are looking for motivated volunteers to join our Smart Energy Hub to help Bradford residents tackle fuel debt and improve energy efficiency. What You Will Gain: Professional Qualification: The opportunity to become NVQ Level 2 qualified in Fuel Debt. Expert Training: Gain deep insight into fuel debt management, understanding energy bills, and identifying priority debts. Skill Development: Professional onboarding and experience working at high-profile events and conferences. Practical Knowledge: Learn essential energy-saving tips, from draught-proofing to efficient heating management. The Role: Promote the Program: Represent the Smart Energy Hub at events across Bradford. Drive Engagement: Raise awareness and secure sign-ups for residents to receive further specialized energy advice. Empower Clients: Help clients (individuals receiving support) understand their energy usage and identify where they can save money. Advocacy: Act as a first point of contact for those struggling with fuel poverty, helping them navigate the path to support.
